Meanwhile, Sub-agency's Acting Tourism Industry Section Head, Fahmi Ardi Ramlan, stated the coaching was held in order to tourism business actors prioritize technical knowledge in developing service quality and the obligation to fulfill the legality and certification of businesses, practices and professions.
"We must be able to create good quality service and prioritize sustainable resources," he stated.
